This website

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. The support centre remembers the last few help articles you opened, for a day and only on this site, so that if you then write to us we can see what you’ve already tried.

When you ask to hear about a launch

If you ask to be told when an app is out, we keep your email address for that one message. It’s sent on launch day, on its own, and the address is deleted straight after. To be taken off before then, use the support form.

When you contact support

If you send a support request we keep what you send (your email address, the product and version, your message, and the help articles you read just before) so we can reply and follow up. We use it only to answer you, never for marketing, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service that delivers our emails. Requests are deleted two years after they’re closed, or sooner if you ask.
